I love my job!

By providing a family and it's new generations with an opportunity to meet the ancestors who came before them (and brought their stories with them) I am providing a video that will be kept in the family forever!

The image I hold in my head is that of a parent or grandparent sitting on the living room sofa with a child or grandchild under each arm...watching the video, pausing every now and then to explain who the people in the video are, the names of the children they had, what they did for a living, anything they know about this person and most importantly how they helped mold the family's history through their stories and experiences.
